The Contingencies for Printing, Stationery, Coals, &c., transferred to Miscellaneous Services,

Increase to Salary of the Chief Clerk and Contingencies.

Additional Clerk of Works, Land Surveyor, increase of Salaries to 2nd Clerk and Overseers,

transfer of Overseers from Public Work, Sanitary and Telegraphs Staff.

Decrease in personal Allowance to Postmaster and Assistant Postmaster, abolition of a Junior Clerk, &c., reduced Salary of the Clerk at Shanghai, but increase in Salaries of 2 Clerks, Allowances and Contingencies.

Decrease in Salary and Allowance of the passed Cadet who has been appointed Assistant Colonial Secretary.
